Get to know Sneha Patel
I always wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives , so after graduating in 2001 , I became a Pharmacist and Practiced in pharmacies of various sizes in different cities.
While I enjoyed my profession, I felt the big box pharmacies lacked a personalized touch. It inspired me to break away from the corporate world limitations and open an independent pharmacy and diet clinic in 2015.
Over the past years, I’ve noticed that competition has increased significantly. However, I’ve stayed relevant by adopting online tools, including mobile apps and text messages, which have resulted in more faster and convenient deliveries. Collaborating with community partners and building a friendly team has enhanced my approach.
Consequently, I work with compassion, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is that I’m always there when my patients need me to render personal care and attention.
I’m also committed to excellence and maintain ethical values, which has made me successful. Therefore, when I’m able to help patients with medications and stabilize their conditions, which eventually reduces hospital visits, it fills me with immense satisfaction.
It’s also rewarding to have an excellent work-life balance, so when I’m not serving customers, I love spending quality time with my children and family. Together we enjoy fun activities like traveling and exploring nature.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

Get to know Kirtesh Patel
My Name is Kirtesh. I am a community Pharmacist since 2001. I loved science, math and Physics during high school which lead me Pharmacy course in University.
I quickly realized there is so much more I can do with my education and passion about helping patient. I feel proud when I can make small changes in patient’s lives and their health.
I started my professional journey in small town of Vancouver Island, Campbell River. We enjoyed living in beautiful Campbell River for 4 years. I also learned how to rock climb . Campbell River had very nice rock climbing gym and outdoor Comox Rock Climbing.
Now, I dedicate my time for our smaller boutique Pharmacy stores in Langley and Surrey. Over the years, I have learned and specialized in Compounding Pharmacy, ready to wear and custom Compression stockings and garments, Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach, Injection and Immunization Certified, Minor Ailment Specialist.
When I am not at work, I love spending time with our family and friends.
