I’m Sneha Patel, the proud owner of The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, Langley.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I always wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives, so after graduating from University twenty years ago, I became a pharmacist and practiced in pharmacies of various sizes in different cities.

While I enjoyed my profession, I felt the big box pharmacies lacked a personalized touch. It inspired me to break away from the corporate world limitations and open an independent pharmacy and diet clinic in 2015.

Over the past five years, I’ve noticed that competition has increased significantly. However, I’ve stayed relevant by adopting online tools, including mobile apps and text messages, which have resulted in more faster and convenient deliveries. Collaborating with community partners and building a friendly team has enhanced my approach.

Consequently, I work with compassion, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is that I’m always there when my patients need me to render personal care and attention.

I’m also committed to excellence and maintain ethical values, which has made me successful. Therefore, when I’m able to help patients with medications and stabilize their conditions, which eventually reduces hospital visits, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

It’s also rewarding to have an excellent work-life balance, so when I’m not serving customers, I love spending quality time with my children and family. Together we enjoy fun activities like traveling and exploring nature. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
